Answered: Micro Controller Issues

We are a Canadian dealer of VexLabs based in Toronto, Canada. We recently have a vex unit sold to a customer with a micro controller problem.

We have tried downloading the default firmware and without success. It just does not connect. We checked our in house programming kit/serial to download firmware to other in house Vex units without any issues.

The Program Status LED and the other one will flash green when it gets turned on.

Any ideas what we can do here, before sending this unit back to VexLabs ???
