If the command window is opening when you attempt to launch the exe version of the file, my best (and only) guess is that the header info which windows uses to determine the executable type...

The file is an installation executable. Because this site will not let you upload an ".exe"...

Acme Robotics will have VRC #12 which matches our starting number in FTC. Returning from last year will be the Weather Makers as Team 12a and the Sand Crawlers as Team 12b. There will be 2-4...

If you plan to add these at the last minute in DE, be aware that they are not exactly the same size as the medium wheels. I forget which is larger, but you could end up with an unanticipated problem.
