Will you finish in time? You are changing the 2:1 drive to 1:1.67 right?

I will definantly have to come by your pit at worlds to check out that pneumatic arm again!

we might change it to 1.67 but its currently being set to 1.5

How did you guys get your intakes to work so well? I saw in your programming skills run your robot was able to pick up that doubler when you already had 6 objects in your intake.
My robot's intakes struggle to intake more objects when we try and intake a 5th object.

I'm not a 100% sure of this, but i think that the angle of their(599D) ramp is a lot less than most NZ bots. The original NZ bots that were in the video have small ramp angles, making it easier to hold more objects (less gravity on intake). This could be the difference.

Well I would like to figure this out because for the programming skills run I have planned my robot will need to pick up the doubler when we already have 5 objects in our intake and as of right now it cannot do that.

Spring break for the WASABI's is coming to a close, as has at least 60 hours of robotics for some of our members. Since Worlds is only 4 days away, I wanted to revive this thread for some new responses. 1492X has the main body of its programming skills done, can't wait for Worlds to get here!

Glad there's another team putting in that much time haha. We almost have our programming skills done as well. Working on the engineering notebook as I write this. So much to do, so little time. But hopefully all the hard work will be worth it. Can't wait for Wednesday!
