We recently had a VEXnet key's plastic covering come off. All we had at the time was duct tape. We decided to use it to tape it back together. It looks pretty bad right now but is still functional. Is this a risk for disqualification and/or inspection. If so, is there any way I can trade it for one when I get to the world championship (thinking the shipping would take too long)?

Re: Repairing the VEXnet Key
tutman96,
I do not think your robot could fail inspection because of such VEXnet Key. A VEX Field Tech at Worlds can provide you with instructions on how to exchange your faulty item, if still under warranty. -Eli |
