i wnat to know if there is a website where they have full instructions on how to build robots using the vex starter kit and additional parts?

The Inventor's Guide is it, as far as Official Documentation...

But ALL the ideas posted here and at Vex Robotics Fans Site and the
Chief Delphi VEX forums are available for you to copy and learn from....

if you want you could make an "official" unofficial website that lists and gives u directions to build ur designs.
