My team and I were wondering about what the best(longest and strongest) very low beginning space claws are? Please help. Thanks.

My team has a folding pneumatic claw with 25x2x1 and 10x2x1 c-channels at a 45 degree angle on each side which works well. It definitely fills up the 18" box at the beginning of the match though. Why do you need a claw that doesn't take up much space?

I am confused by this. Do you mean designwise or are you looking for teams with low "beginning space" claws?

Can you elaborate on 'low beginning'? Are you referring to the height above the ground?
