Nice robot
Nice bot but it seems like dump bots are not always useful in real match.
Nice bot!
Can you guys dunk on the other side?
Of Course
Hanging?
Very nice robot however a team from my school already came up with a robot similar to this and has already improved greatly on that design.
I like the video and I like the robot. Given the team name it was a good song choice and the spatula is actually pretty impressive. The ability to pick up different objects in different amounts helps during match play when you make on the fly calls to pick up stars and cubes or 2 cubes together.
I think there might be some room for improvement when it comes to to the intake or perhaps an addition of a feature that adds to the competitive aspect of your robot and separates your robot from the rest but with driver practice and some fancy auton work I can see this being a good robot in your state competition.
@Zort don’t get me wrong it’s a good robot. I would say the main differences are load capacity and lift design. Their tray is closer to 6210x but MUCH bigger.
@SamC++2019 You’re not contributing to this thread by bragging about your own robot. If you have suggestions for them to improve, that may be helpful.
Thank You!
Thanks, Good Luck to you as well!
We had a hook on our lift at the first comp in which we had to back up to the pole, like most robots seem to have this year, but we didn’t need to hang at all at the competition so we took it off and have focused on other stuff since. We may revisit hanging at a later date though.
we can break ankles too
can it hang tho
With the standoffs for the tray, what is the best way to keep those from bending and loosening up? My team is using a similar tray design and we are having the problem of those bending and coming unscrewed.
Do you use Loctite? If not I would.
Use it on just the back screw or on the couplers as well?
