Tell me what you think down below.
Good luck in the middle school division tomorrow. I’ll be watching!
It looks like a pretty good robot. The only problem I have aside from the poor accuracy in the first video, is that the robot camera means that we can’t see if any of the shots actually make it into the goal.
Congrats on your Design award in the South Texas Middle School division !
Yea. We fixed that problem so it’s way more accurate, and one of our teammates will be wearing a GoPro headband instead of us putting the GoPro on the robot. That was a really helpful question, thanks. In the first video, we don’t have that type of puncher anymore. Instead of it facing a different direction than the flywheels, we took it off, made a more compressed version of the puncher, and put it the same direction as the flywheels. What it does is that it lets us snipe with both the puncher and flywheels in high goal, giving us a fire rate of 2/3 per second, and then we use the flywheels for field when we finish all the preloads. An estimated full preload shooting is about 10-15 seconds. So, yeah. The puncher is also WAY more accurate than the video you saw. Thank you sooooo much for the comment, it helped us dramatically and it was very useful.
Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate that. But with our channel, any complaints is considered helpful and useful for us, because it allows us to fix any problems before we go to nationals or worlds.
I’m not sure if that was sarcastic. I wasn’t trying to offend or anything, that was just what I noticed. My apologies.
No, you weren’t. That was literal, not sarcastic. Infact, I was thanking you for the help. It allowed us to make really good changes, and it made our robot better.
