Hey guys my team is having trouble sorting out 2 balls in the rubber band intake. It gets stuck when 2 balls go jn at once. Any of u got any idea how to sort it out. It will be a huge help. Thnks.
Have an asymmetrical intake, where it takes longer for the ball to travel in on one side.
We’ve found that having different sized sprockets help sort out the balls since the bigger sprocket has a higher tangential velocity.
What is your 2nd stage intake
In side is the intake has to slip while the other allows the ball lks to feed in.
Could we see a picture of video of it? (if possible). But as mentioned before, a asymmetrical intake worked for us. We had the intake grab two balls, and it would get stuck adjacent the guide until the other ball was pulled out of the way.
