Quick Question on Mobile Goals.

I was reading through the VEX In The Zone game manual and the following quote has me puzzled.

“Note 2: Only one Mobile Goal can be scored in each 20 point zone”

My question is this, does Mobile Goal mean a cone on a goal or does it mean one goal post in the zone. Also, if I can only have one goal post in the zone, how many cones can I put on it?

You can only put one goal in the 20pt Zone, but you can put unlimited cones on it

It would be better to spread the cones to different mobile goals and stationary goals. You are looking at an extra 20 points if you have the highest stack on each scoring zone.
