“On January 15, 2020, additional spots will be allocated to regions that have higher-than-average
growth to re-balance spot levels due to these additional teams.”
Where can I see the additional spots?

Huh? We were +2MS and +2HS. MS was 3, it’s now 5, HS was 7, it’s now 9. Your numbers are wrong.
I got the comparative numbers from the 8/15 update. That says it was 4/9.

Why does West Texas (Region 1) have more high school spots than Southwest Texas (Region 4)?

??? I know at least that MS had 3 last year. Did HS not have 7?

I guess Arizona did have seven at last year’s States, but then received two more slots at the beginning of this season? I don’t know what else to say.
