Yeah I’m doing Vex V5 Robotics (Again because I do a grade higher robotics than I’m supposed too) I really want to see the 2022-2023 game I’m really curious

It was hinted at that the reason the 5.5W motors are not legal is the fear that they would not be able to make them available to teams and be able to fulfil orders for the kits that they come with due to supply chain issues. There are other valid reasons sometimes.

And yet they made pneumatics actually viable for competition use and had the same issues…

But, pneumatics have been legal for years and plenty were in stock early in the season.
