Actually one of my sister teams, team 5842B, made it all the way to states, and captained the 3rd seed alliance there, all the while being a pushbot with an endgame blocker.

Design has nothing to do with robot capability. All that matters for design is having a good notebook and interview which a pushbot could have. Take a look 6210K. They were a roller bot who won multiple awards at sig events and even create at worlds.

How to ensure the consistency of goals? It’s about the direction of the robot design, some teams seem to be able to easily shoot straight into the goal from the opposite side, but we have a little difficulty.
