So, the writing is disguised, that’s y it’s all in caps, but some writing habbits still poke through, your looking for someone who starts alot of letters by making a line down to the start, someone who segments their capital D’s, and someone who draws a capital H in one stroke
The note says that the bill came from the last set of avoidable coords, and as I wrote this I realized that it was the swamp, not the pentagon. My bad. Probably got those ones wrong though.
