2775V Flywheel Testing

the minimum rpm for any motor is ~1rpm (approximately, there are more factors and technically 0rpm is also a valid answer) and im unsure of what you mean by:

A motor with a blue 600rpm gear cartridge will be able to spin up to a maximum speed of 600rpm, adding more motors will only increase the torque/acceleration time, but it will still be physically maxed out at 600rpm.
After that, you can add external gears to make other things, such as wheels, flywheels, and lifts, move either faster or slower depending on what gears you use. Example,
200rpm motor with a 60 tooth gear on the motor axle, and a 36 tooth gear connected to that will spin the 36 tooth gear at 333.33 rpm

if you still need help with this send me a dm

You explained it better then I was and I was at the same time writing code and kept forgetting to reply

Color of motor detriments the speed/rpm the motor can hit external gears makes what you trying to power spin faster or slower depending on if you go from little to big( little being the one with the motor) which gives you tourqe so low speed or big to little ( big being the one with the motor) which gives speed

Thanks for taking some time and explaing me this as you can see I am still new to vex.

An important thing for the flywheel is ensuring that the distance between your flywheel and the hood is a little below 7 inches, ours is about 6.875 inches. finding the right distance does depend on the durometer of your flywheel if you are using flex wheels. For example, if you are using a 30a flex wheel, you need to account for the expansion of the flex wheels, but if you are using a 60a flex wheel, you don’t need to worry about that, as the 60a flex wheels don’t have significant expansion.
