Can we use 3-D printed spacers in VEX Turning Point

Unless you buy a part from VEX, it has to fall under <R7>.
A better answer is found under R7 b. You can have non vex components that are identical in every way but color. I believe they answered a Q&A last year saying that 3D printed spacers were not legal. This was because 3D printed components are not functionally identical to the Vex product because of the method printing uses to make the part.
The ones that are available are cheap anyway. You can buy hundreds for a few bucks and the quality is going to better anyway.
