3 Red Lights on Controller

I am having some issues. I haven’t used my VEX micro controller and joystick controller in a while. I updated the key number on micro controller and was having problems linking up the controller and cortex. I was trying to configure and controller and now all of sudden I have 3 red lights and can’t get the two the link up w/ the vexnet wireless keys. Someone please help me link these two together. I have not had a problem before.

Have you gone through the setup process of redownloading firmware to both the Cortex and Joysticks?
