Hello,
I got a new 393 motor, I connected it to my drive train, when I turn manually the wheel connected to that motor it seems like it’s locking.
Any help?

This is very strange, have you tried applying power to the motor to see if it helps with the binding?
Sounds like one of the internal gears could be damaged, if the problem persists please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
