I’m not having any issues with the site right now.

There might have been a temporary outage and you just happened to try and use VR during it, I’d try it again now

In case anyone else has this problem, try deleting your cookies/cache and restarting chrome.

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the top right corner of the browser you will see three dots, click on those.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Advanced.”
  5. Scroll to the section “Privacy and security.”
  6. Click on “Clear browsing data.”
  7. Check what you want to clear - “Cookies and other site data,” an “Cached images and files.”
  8. Click “Clear data.”
  9. Restart Google Chrome.

Sorry to necro-post, but this is the number one search result for this problem.

Good day! My online class encountered this error last week. I hope Vex could address this issue. Our users with PLDT ISPs encountered this problem, and one with SkyFiber. We were able to use Vexcode VR for about 3 weeks, and then this error appeared. I hope someone could help us.
