I made a video showing the three iterations our robot has gone through this year. We started really strong, with a fast skyrise robot for early competitions with a neat shifting x-drive. We later attempted a three cube intake with 1:11.5 compound gearing and it worked pretty well, except for the fact that it bent axles on the main gear to some very ugly angles. It had no problems with torquing axles or skipping, just bending the non driven one for some reason. With the state championship coming up, we did not have the time to work through these problems, and had to switch to something simpler, yet reliable and fast. Unfortunetly, we did not qualify for the world championsips. We’d like to wish a good luck to all the great teams that did.
