600RPM drive weight

If I want to make a 600RPM drive, so I was wondering how much should I make it weigh to get optimal speed and acceleration out of it?

Just make it as light as you possibly can. I don’t know any exact numbers, but the lighter the better. (but try to keep a relatively centered center of gravity)

Thanks, that’s helpful because I wasn’t really sure if weight needed to decrease from normal drives

You will always want to reduce weight in ways that doesn’t affect performance/durability, however weight affects lower torque drivetrains more than a slower drivetrain because the robot already has less pushing power
