This robot was built from 5/10-5/12. We didn’t get around to recording everything until today so that is why it is a bit late. The robot is a bit scuffed and has tons of room for improvement, but it’s and RI3D so that’s fine. Hard to say for certain. This gets about 3 in 5 seconds at top speed. However, it is worth noting the pid for this is really poorly tuned and the way the gears and ratchet are set up there is not as much precision as I would like. Reasonable to get down to 1 per second.
This was something we originally ran into. Even with this design, some reckless driving can cause problems.
