Adding a brakeType Parameter for rotateFor(); Method

@jpearman Do you think it is possible to add a brakeType parameter for the rotateFor() method? I am trying to make a modified PID that subtracts the error from coasting from the wanted distance value so that it reaches the inputted distance without jerking. Even when I put in a brakeType::coast after the rotateFor(), there is still a small hold function before the coast function kicks in.

Not sure, but it might work if you set a default brakeType.
