Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone had any tips, ideas, or resources to advance the level of our code. I was looking for ways to make it more complex to run smoother and advance my coding skills overall. Any feedback is appreciated!
Some good information exists in this thread:

What language are u using?Is it V5 or EDR
The question is a good one, but neither of those choices are languages.
Language choices:
Cortex:
- EasyC
- RobotC graphical
- RobotC text-based
- RobotMesh Studio Flowol (Cortex)
- RobotMesh Studio Blockly (Cortex)
- RobotMesh Studio Python (Cortex)
- PROS (Cortex)
- MATLAB/Simulink (Cortex)
- ConVEX
V5: - VEX Coding Studio Modkit blocks
- VEX Coding Studio Modkit text
- VEX Coding Studio C++
- VEX Coding Studio C++ Pro
- RobotMesh Studio Blockly (V5)
- RobotMesh Studio Python (V5)
- RobotMesh Studio C++ (V5)
- PROS C (V5)
- PROS C++ (V5)
- MATLAB/Simulink (V5)
Hm, no. EasyC V5 was version 5. EasyC V6 is latest, it does not support the V5 hardware.
Oops. Fixed.
The way it’s listed here is misleading. I used to think EasyC didn’t and wouldn’t exist for V5 until I saw that page.
@DRow Please update the page to prevent future confusion
Im sorry, it was just a mistake in my grammar. I meant if he was programming a V5 or a EDR robot, not that they are languages.
Still, the answer to V5 or Cortex (both of which are part of VEX EDR) is not enough information on its own to be helpful for a programming matter.
If you are using PROS, try experimenting with Okapilab. I haven’t looked at it enough to tell you what is included but I know that Okapilab is a library of different filters and motion controllers to help you smooth out your autonomous and reduce error.
Yes, I know. I was simply asking if he was coding a V5 or an EDR. That was a separate question from what coding language
