Advice For Pre-Rookies

Hi All,
I’m Kai, and I’m looking into starting a rookie VRC team in my area for next season. I was wondering if anyone had any guidance on what the best way to go about it would be? Our big things at the moment are getting parts and money to make it happen- what are the best ways to go about that?

Auto correct wasn’t in my favor lol. I meant that if you think something isn’t worth going for or trying to accomplish, like how we thought elevating wasn’t going to be a big thing, they end up being a big thing.
