Some of the online challenges have age restrictions. The CAD one requires you to be 13. Are they strict on this? If one member of the team is 13 and the rest aren’t, can they still submit as a team?

Yes, as long as there are some members on the team who meet the age requirement, they can still submit as a team. For the CAD challenge specifically, the reason there is an age restriction is due to legal reasons for software use - for downloading the free software, the student user must be age 13 and older. If at least one member on the team is 13, they can still submit an entry as a team, as we would expect the 13-year-old to be able to download and use the free software. So yes, they can enter this challenge.
