I have a 4 drivetrain motor. No matter what I do there’s always one motor that doesn’t work. It’s not the motors because I switched the cables. The forward and reverse is backwards and everything I tried still no luck.
First off, it is a 4 motor drivetrain, not a 4 drivetrain motor.
Secondly, this sounds like a software issue. Could you send your code or specify what default program you are using?
I tried switching back to a 2 motor drivetrain. Now i can go forward and backwards, but my left and right is reverse.
I appreciate your attention to detail regarding the drivetrain configuration. My apologies for any confusion.
believe you may be onto something with the software. We are having some difficulties with our block code. No one on the team has a good grasp on coding yet. We reverted back to a 2 motor drivetrain and programmed the left control button to operate forward, reverse, left and right. As of right now it works.
Our only concern is when we hook up to the game field at our competition. We are using the competition block. I can send you a snapshot of it tomorrow. Maybe you can see something that we are doing wrong.
