All joystick lights turn red when trying to connect to Cortex

Hi all,

I synced my Cortex to the Joystick y connecting an USB AA wire to the two, and waiting for the VEXnet light to blink green on both.

After a few seconds of waiting for the two to connect, with keys in both, all of the joystick lights turn red. On the cortex, Robot and VEXnet double blink red.

Hello,

Try updating firmware using the VEX Firmware Update Utility for both your Cortex and your Controller.
