Alliance partner does not show for match

If the alliance partner does not show up for a match, does “all robots” for being balanced on the ramp mean the 1 robot? EG the one robot ends the match balanced on the ramp should be awarded 25 points or does the one robot receive 5 points.
​It seems really harsh to penalize the team that does show up to the match 20 points for a now show. Obviously the team that doesn’t show up receives no points.

I think this was answered elsewhere but 5 points would be the maximum they can receive. However, consider that for every 4 matches one score is dropped so it is not that big of a deal.
