I’m trying to save my code/open new codes but the error in the title keeps popping up. I recently downloaded the VEXNet firmware upgrade .zip file, but I extracted it to my desktop. I haven’t continued any of the steps in the instructions provided with it as of posting this.
Could that be the problem? And if so, how do I solve it?

The results of some quick research on this issue points to the computer’s temp folder being missing or moved (or the installer trying to place files in a temp folder that doesn’t exist). We’ll need a screenshot to confirm this though.
One thing that I suggest trying is a full reboot of the computer; this has helped some users experiencing this problem with other program installations.
