As Jason posted earlier, we also just received our Highrise cubes and cannot stack them reliably higher than six cubes. Unlike Jason pinching the sides to become concave does not solve the problem. Carefully selecting the cubes helps a little but in every case the tower is leaning and topples around nine cubes. If our cubes were being used for competition it would be luck of the draw whose towers would be the most stable. Hopefully a solution can be found otherwise we’ll be teaching the kids more about life not being fair then the rewards of best design practices.
Hello Chris,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us.
We definitely need to get back the mentioned cubes for analysis, while at the same time provide you with replacement parts.
I will provide you the return instructions via private message.
