welcome to the vex forum, if you want other peoples opinios you can’t place the thread in a ask the experts or we can’t respond therefore i posted the thread in here:D

i do not have the vexplorer but for the vex products i have i have recieved very good support from vexlabs and affiliates (i.e. intelitek)

i think you may have just been very very unlucky

as for the claw breaking i am VERY surprised because i have several vex products and NONE of them have broken or been damaged

yes, he is right vex is very well built and I’m very suprised it broke
