We currently use a air compressor that is made from a FRC pump and a battery. It has a pressure gauge and a switch to turn the pump off and on. Is this allowed at Worlds to pressurize our tanks?

Provided that this pump and gauge are not attached to the robot during matches, this would be legal. You are allowed to use this setup to precharge your tanks prior to a Match.
