If you can do this without violating any rules regarding “field damage” or “intentional robot damage” you’re legal… beware that you are subject to the interpretations of the head referee at your event. Also note that this is against the spirit of the rules, and as such a referee may penalize you per <G9> if he believes you are attempting to intentionally damage your opponent robot.
In addition when placing any “stuff” underneath a robot, you are now responsible for what happens to that robot as a result of said “stuff” being placed underneath them. If this robot were to topple over, you would be in violation of <G9> for intentional tipping.
