Are either of the two cubes that a robot is allowed to hold at the beginning of an elevation match allowed to touch the ground?

Per <SG2>:

Prior to the start of each match, each team will have two (2) cubes available to preload into their robots. A cube is considered to be legally preloaded if it is touching the robot and not touching any part of the playing field or game objects.

Take note of the section I bolded.
The foam field surface is considered part of the playing field, as such any cube that is touching the foam surface would NOT be legally preloaded.

Preloaded cubes can NOT touch the “ground”.
