In http://content.vexrobotics.com/docs/VEXnet-Preview-2008-09-15.pdf, it shows a VEXNET beltpack which gives two USB outputs for joysticks to be plugged into. Is this still planned, or has this be completely replaced by the Cortex/VEXNET Controller?

Also, the same document shows the potential for a USB Key to be plugged into a computer - is this still planned also?

The beltpack concept was removed from the development plan.

There are currently no details available on additional options for communicating with the VEX Cortex Microcontroller over wifi.
