I understand that a robot can not drive into the opposing alliances isolation zone when the gate is lowered due to rule <SG14> Robots may not enter or exit an Isolation Zone while the Gate associated with that Isolation Zone is down. But may your robot break the plane of the opposing alliances isolation zone? (I.e. reach your arm over and score in their zone? May you touch their goals without being penalized?)

Yes, breaking the plane of the zone is permitted, provided you do not touch the foam tiles in the opposite zone.
