I have connect the cable with rectangular shaped programming module, one end to serial port, one end to usb port. I have run serial to cable driver.
But all the time i download the program, it always says “can’t reset vex processor” and the led light of program status doesn’t light up…
(I use Robotc)
What’s the problem?

The led showing battery status is green
Does the PRGM LED turn on if you press the button on the top of the Programming Module? Have you tried a different computer? Do you have another system you can try to program with? I suggest you call us on Monday and we can try a few other things over the phone or issue a RMA# for the return/repair of the product.
