Answered: Clarification of Appendix A: Field Specifications

Page 15 of Appendix A states:

"1: Assemble the VEX Competition Field Perimeter (see separate VEX Competition Field Perimeter assembly instructions.) Position the Perimeter such that one side is “facing” the crowd.

2. Attach the Driver Station Posts as shown (On the wall that is to the crowd’s left.) Instructions for assembly are included with the VEX Competition Field Perimeter Instructions."

From what we understand, that means the fields in the various divisions at Worlds should be setup like this, correct? The black bars on the side are the bleachers, and the diagonal black line is the screen.

Sorry about the strange questions. We’re kicking around a couple of ideas, and we just need some answers before we order any parts.

All three of these layouts are acceptable and could potentially be used at any event, including the World Championship. The final layouts for World Championship will be available much closer to the event.
