Would a robot be considered possessing more than three BuckyBalls if the robot was to cover up a goal filled with BuckyBalls with its arm/other appendage and was:

A: in contact with the topmost BuckyBall

B: not in contact with the topmost BuckYBall, but still preventing that BuckyBall from being removed when acting in an effort to prevent the BuckyBalls within from being descored

Any BuckyBalls that are in a Goal and not being touched by a Robot are exempt from the evaluation <SG8> and the possession limit.
