Answered: Controller master code is not loading

The master code will not load for either the controller nor the CORTEX on multiple different computers with EASYC. It says the batteries are too low, but we have tested the batteries and even put in new ones, and it still will not load. They keep telling us to reset, but it will not reset either. Do we need a new mainframe and controller or can we repair these? -

Adam,

In this situation updating the Master Code with the IFI VEXnet Firmware Upgrade Utility will fix the problem.
Please follow the attached steps, let me know your results.
