I was attempting to upgrade the firmware on my team’s cortex microprocessor when it seemed the microprocessor failed. I was pushing the config button to download the new upgrade when all the lights went out on our microprocessor. I tried to restart it, but now it will not turn on, no lights will turn on. I tried to download the firmware one more time, but our laptop says it malfunctioned. Anything I can do or do we need a new microprocessor?
Not so much as needing a new Cortex, but you do need to send it in to our support group in order to have it looked at and fixed. So what you should do next is call our support group and request an RMA.
