Answered: Cortex motor 10 only outputs >= 0 V

I have a Cortex whose motor #10 (2-wire) only seems to be able to output negative voltages. I am feeding the same Analog Y stick value to both motors #1 and #10. The motor in #1 will go forwards or backwards, but the motor in #10 only goes backward or nothing.
Swapping the connections 1 ↔ 10 does not change the behavior with respect to channel 10, so it’s probably not either motor. Whichever motor is in #1 works positive and negative.
Have measured DC voltage out on both #1 and #10 while connected to confirm that #1 is going (+8V) - (-8V), but #10 only goes (-8V) - (0V).
Have re-loaded master code and default code. Trying again tomorrow. What’s the next thing to check?

What software and version are you using? Also, what motors are you using?

I am using the “BEST large motor”, (specs: Best Robotics Inc. - Boosting Engineering Science and Technology).
Software is EasyC v4.

I must emphasize that the motors themselves work fine when I swap them with either the other 2-wire port, or with one of the 3-wire ports with an external motor controller.](https://vexforum.com/showthread.php?t=23212)
