One of the motors I recieved in my vex kit is does not spin. Can I send it back for a replacement?
Yes we do take returns; please call Tech Support (903-453-0802) so that we can issue a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the return of the product. The Warranty is for 90 Days from the Date of Purchase and covers only Manufacturing Defects.
