Answered: defective vexplorer?

My vexplorer’s microcontroller’s motor port 6 doesn’t seem to be working right. it only works in one direction. if i push the right joystick up the motor turns but if i push it down it wont do anything.

Is my vexplorer defective or something? Can i fix it somehow?

Try using Motor Port 6 with a different motor that you have verified that it moves in both forward and reverse when it is connected to a different Motor Port. Also try using the motor that does not work in a known working Motor Port.
