My question is this: Does the robot necessarily have to move? With several ideas being published concerning robots that use a large arm, rather than a moving frame, is this legal? Or would we have to add one motor onto a wheel so that it could “theoretically” move?
Or could we just be exempted based on the fact that an arm can count as navigation?
The robot does not necessarily have to move. However, whatever base you choose to have must be counted as part of Subsytem 1, and cannot be swapped as per <R1>
