I know that you can hang during autonomous and driver control, but if 1 robot in the team does it in autonomous and the other does it in driver control, are the points still awarded?
Because in this:

High Hanging – A Robot is considered to be High Hanging if it is touching the Hanging Bar of its own color and completely above the plane parallel to the foam field tiles, formed by the top of the field perimeter. A Robot that is touching the field perimeter is not considered to be High Hanging. Note: A High Hanging Robot does not also count as a Low Hanging Robot. Only one (1) Alliance Robot can earn points for Hanging (High or Low) during a Match.

Yes, this is legal. One Robot on an alliance can Hang at the end of Autonomous to earn points towards the Autonomous Bonus, while the other Robot can Hang at the Match to earn points towards the overall score.
