Can this video be made in Spanish with English subtitles. My team is from Puerto Rico and we would like to promote VRC there. If the entire video is not allowed in Spanish, can I have just some non important, yet essential clips in Spanish?
Yes, it can. There is no requirement that the video be in English – but you should all understand that the judges are native English speakers so it would help the judges if you provided subtitles.
