Answered: Entanglement in Autonomous

If during Autonomous robots become entangled in the center of the field (unintentionally because of being bumped by other robots) and the drivers are unable to disentangle them, should either robot be disabled or disqualified? What about if (also due to unintended autonomous bumping) a robot gets pushed into the opposing alliance’s loading zone and becomes entangled during autonomous and cannot free itself once driver control begins? Should they be disabled? Wouldn’t that also effectively disable the other robot as well? Both of these things happened at the last tournament we went to.

In the case of accidental entanglement, neither team should be disabled or disqualified.
