Are you allowed to enter the opposing starting tile in a skills match to pick up the preloads on the tiles?

The only applicable rule I can find is

In a Robot Skills Match, all Scoring Objects are considered to be the same color for purposes of any rules or definitions.

Are you allowed to enter the opposing starting tile in a skills match to pick up the preloads on the tiles?

Yes, you are allowed to do this. Since there are no opponents during the Skills Challenge runs, you are free to enter any of the normally restricted tiles.
